Gothic Gardens

It's time for black flowers, gargoyles, bats, carnivorous plants, arches, and wrought iron to join together and create an inspiring Gothic garden theme.

Here's my article and another great Gothic garden resource that provides unique ideas and product selections to help get you started:

Some of my favorite things...

We all love our cats...the newest edition to our family is a 5-month-old black Bombay cat that we call "Grim" (short for Grimoire or Grim Reaper - either way).

He's featured on several new products pictured with a black rose. It only took me a few hours to get him to sit still long enough to get a good shot. lol

Prague: a Goth capital

My latest discovery is from Demetrio in Greece, who recently published an amazing blog post about Prague. He includes the history, architecture, development, arts, fashion, and a few photos that will make your heart stop for a moment or two.

WebSpinstress on Squidoo

On January 13th, I received confirmation that I was accepted as a Giant Squid on Squidoo. I am thrilled that my ideas, articles, and opinions have received such a welcoming response so far, and proudly display my new badge on my lenses! Squidoo has brought me great online friendships with other lensmasters of all ages with varied interests.

I ran into a Squidoo lens on a search in Google a little over 3 months ago, and the "Build a New Lens" button tempted me with a challenge I couldn't resist...next thing you know - I had 50 unique lenses created and decided to try out for the elite Giant status. It's a fantastic marketing tool, but the biggest reward is having a creative outlet where others want to read your work and even help promote your efforts along with you. The Squidoo community speaks for itself.
